I understand that the HSE think the scheme is a good idea. Do you have this in writing?

Yes, we have a statement on our testimonials page from Alex Keddie, HM Principal Inspector of Health and Safety, Chemical Industries Division, HSE which states:
"I welcome the EMSS scheme as a way of ensuring that people working on North East process plants have undergone a minimum standard of health and safety training"
